How this works.

It started the way these things usually do: with frustration.

We watched strong businesses take chances on “good enough” hires because finding the right expertise wasn’t simple, opting instead for a familiar name, whoever was easiest to reach, whoever shouted the loudest. 

Too often, those choices left better, more qualified options sitting on the sidelines.

At the same time, we saw experts with deep skill and proven results missing opportunities because they were busy doing the work: serving clients and delivering outcomes. While they stayed focused on their craft, others were busy selling themselves louder.

That imbalance didn’t just feel inefficient, it felt unfair. Good people doing great work shouldn’t be invisible. And businesses shouldn’t have to gamble on support with their fingers-crossed. 

So we built Your Expert Network (YEN), a directory where credibility comes from peer endorsement, not self-promotion. Businesses can find solutions they can trust and experts are recognized for the authority they’ve earned through relationships, connections and solid outcomes. 

We say down with a marketplace of maybe. We want a  network of “heck yeahs.”
